By registering for, enrolling in, or using any FundReady program, assessment, platform, or digital property — including fundready.io, fundready.app, and any associated tools — you ("Participant" or "User") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").
If you are accessing FundReady services through a Hub Partner organization, these Terms apply to you in addition to any agreement between FundReady and your Hub Partner. In the event of conflict, Hub Partner addendum terms control for Hub-specific provisions only; all intellectual property and confidentiality provisions remain as stated herein.
If you do not agree with these Terms, do not register, enroll, or use any FundReady services.
FundReady, LLC ("FundReady," "we," "us") provides capital readiness education, infrastructure development programs, diagnostic assessments, and related tools for nonprofit organizations, mission-driven businesses, and their leadership. Our services include, but are not limited to:
Services do not include grant writing, loan application preparation, investor introductions, or legal or financial advisory services.
You must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to enter into binding agreements on behalf of yourself or your organization to access FundReady paid programs. Free assessment tools at fundready.io are available to any user. By enrolling in any paid program, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.
FundReady, LLC retains exclusive ownership of all of the following, protected under U.S. patent law (Patent Pending, filed April 3, 2026) and applicable intellectual property law:
You agree that you will not, directly or indirectly:
All documentation produced by you during a FundReady program — including but not limited to business plans, financial projections, market analyses, operational documents, HR frameworks, capital strategies, and any other documentation generated using the FundReady system — is your sole intellectual property from the moment of creation and remains so permanently.
FundReady makes no claim to ownership of any output generated by a Participant. Section 4 restrictions apply only to the FundReady methodology and system, not to anything you produced.
Program fees are posted at the time of registration. Payment is due as indicated at enrollment. FundReady reserves the right to suspend access for accounts 30 or more days past due.
FundReady builds infrastructure. FundReady does not guarantee, represent, or warrant that completing any program, assessment, or service will result in you or your organization receiving any loan, grant, investment, or other form of funding.
Capital decisions are made by third-party lenders, investors, grant-making organizations, and government agencies based on their own criteria and capacity. Those decisions are outside FundReady's control. Completing FundReady programs significantly strengthens structural readiness — it does not guarantee an outcome.
FundReady agrees to keep all business information shared by you during any program strictly confidential. FundReady will not disclose, share, or use your business information, financial data, or proprietary business details for any purpose other than delivering the program.
You acknowledge that the FundReady methodology, system prompt configuration, discovery question architecture, and facilitator materials are confidential and proprietary. You agree not to share, reproduce, or disclose these materials to any third party.
By enrolling in any FundReady program, you agree to:
Certain FundReady programs require or recommend the use of third-party tools, including but not limited to Claude.ai (Anthropic). FundReady is not responsible for the availability, performance, pricing, or terms of any third-party service. Your use of third-party tools is governed by those providers' own terms of service and privacy policies.
FundReady does not resell, sublicense, or guarantee the continued availability of any third-party tool. Participants are responsible for obtaining and maintaining their own accounts.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FundReady's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or any FundReady service shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the applicable program or service. FundReady shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
FundReady is not responsible for any business decisions you make based on documentation produced during any program. You retain full responsibility for the accuracy of information you provide and all business decisions you make.
Organizations that partner with FundReady to deliver programs to their constituents ("Hub Partners") are subject to a separate Hub Partner Service Agreement. Hub Partners are responsible for ensuring their participants receive and acknowledge these Terms prior to program enrollment.
In the event of conflict between these Terms and a Hub Partner Addendum, the Addendum controls for Hub-specific operational provisions only. All intellectual property and confidentiality provisions in Sections 4 and 8 remain unchanged regardless of delivery channel.
FundReady reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to any program or service — without refund — if you violate these Terms, including but not limited to unauthorized sharing of proprietary materials, disruptive conduct, or non-payment.
You may withdraw from a program subject to the refund policy in Section 6. Sections 4, 7, 8, 11, and 14 survive termination of any agreement or program.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Macomb County, Michigan. You consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.
FundReady reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the fundready.io website and, where applicable, by email. Your continued use of FundReady services after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
