FundReady, LLC ("FundReady," "we," "us") is committed to protecting the privacy of the individuals and organizations that use our programs, assessments, and digital platforms. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect information gathered through fundready.io, fundready.app, and any associated tools and programs.

By using any FundReady service, you agree to the practices described in this Policy. This Policy is incorporated by reference into FundReady's Terms of Service.

2.1 Information You Provide Directly

• Registration information: name, organization name, email address, phone number, and role
• Assessment responses: inputs to the Grant Readiness Assessment, Leadership Assessment, and any other FundReady diagnostic tools
• Program enrollment data: track selection, session attendance, and program completion records
• Business information voluntarily shared during programs: financial data, operational details, organizational history, and strategic plans
• Payment information: collected and processed by third-party payment processors; FundReady does not store full payment card data
• Communications: emails, messages, and other correspondence with FundReady

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Usage data from fundready.io and fundready.app: pages visited, features used, time on site
• Device and browser information: IP address, browser type, operating system
• Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see below)

2.3 Cookies

FundReady uses cookies and similar technologies to maintain session state, analyze site traffic, and improve user experience. You may disable cookies in your browser settings; however, some features of our platforms may not function properly without them.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Deliver, administer, and improve FundReady programs, assessments, and services
• Communicate with you about enrollment, program updates, and support
• Generate assessment results and provide diagnostic feedback tailored to your organization
• Issue certificates, track program completion, and maintain enrollment records
• Process payments and maintain billing records
• Improve the FundReady curriculum, methodology, and platform based on aggregate usage data
• Comply with applicable legal obligations

We do not use your personal or business information to train artificial intelligence models or sell data to advertisers.

4. Sharing & Disclosure

FundReady does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share information in the following limited circumstances:

• Hub Partners: If you enrolled through a Hub Partner organization, we may share your enrollment status and program completion records with that partner for reporting purposes. Business information you share during the program is not disclosed to Hub Partners without your consent.
• Service Providers: We work with trusted third-party vendors who process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, or court order, or to protect the rights and safety of FundReady or its users.
• Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of substantially all of FundReady's assets, your information may be transferred. You will be notified of any such change.

5. Business Information & Confidentiality

FundReady treats all business information shared by participants as strictly confidential. This information is used solely for delivering program services and generating participant-owned outputs.

6. Third-Party Tools & Services

FundReady programs may require or recommend the use of third-party tools, including Claude.ai (Anthropic), TicketTailor, JotForm, Stripe, and others. Each operates under its own privacy policy. FundReady is not responsible for the data practices of third-party services.

Participants using Claude.ai as part of a FundReady program should review Anthropic's Privacy Policy at anthropic.com. Information entered into Claude.ai is governed by Anthropic's terms, not FundReady's.

7. Data Retention

We retain enrollment records, assessment results, and program completion data for a minimum of three years following your last program interaction to fulfill legal, reporting, and audit obligations. You may request deletion of personal information by contacting [email protected], subject to applicable legal retention requirements.

8. Security

FundReady implements reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No data transmission or storage system is completely secure. If you believe your information has been compromised, contact us immediately at [email protected].

9. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information, and to opt out of marketing communications at any time. To exercise these rights, contact [email protected].

10. Children's Privacy

FundReady services are intended for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe we have inadvertently collected such information and we will promptly delete it.

11. Updates to This Policy

FundReady may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted at fundready.io/privacy with an updated effective date. Continued use of FundReady services constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
